The Bourne Family Project is a family support centre in Kingswood, launched by Bristol Community Church Trust in 2002.
Our heart is to serve our local community and to meet the need of local families and individuals. We understand the complexity of life and the difficulties we all can encounter. We encourage parents/carers to be confident about their skills and our aim is support in the achievement of healthy physical, emotional, social and, if required, spiritual well-being.
Our Vision is:-
To encourage parents to be confident and positive about their approach to the issues they face
- Improve family relationships
- Help children, parents/to be and carers to work through past and present difficulties to free up their future
- Help individuals build up self-esteem and promote physical, social and emotional wellbeing
- To provide a safe place for those experiencing difficult family situations to seek listening support and care
It is not our aim to be in moral judgment of individual circumstances or outcomes or impose a Christian belief.
